Doing much better. Friendly staff. They have been working diligently at improving customer relations and the culture at their places of employment. I have been there a few times and have always been treated great.

Excellent service from start to finish. They got my truck in quickly and completed the repair in a timely manner without cutting corners. The quality of work was outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable. Their technicians are highly experienced and work on all makes and models. Most of our fleet is serviced at this shop, which says a lot about the trust we have in them. Honest, professional, and reliable service. Highly recommend.

Called on the phone to get her trucks spoke to the service manager, Pat. I fully explained my problems going on with my truck. He couldn’t tell me one thing that they would possibly do to fix the problems and then asked him how good his service techs were and he hung up on me. Extremely rude bad customer service for a place that says they take pride and customer service …..

So far 2.5 hours to have a windshield replaced. Absolutely ridiculous. Should only take at most 45 minutes. Trying to gouge a driver. Typical GATR! This is why I quit coming to this dump! 3 hours in, still not done. Waiting to see this labor bill. They installed a scratched windshield and asked if i was okay with it. It's not that bad and they are charging 10% over cost. They better take care of the labor portion of the bill. Will update when they actually finish and I get the bill. I had them check for a rattle on the back of the cab. It was an easy find. Clamps around exhaust were broken. Didn't take but 5 minutes to find. Total bill $546.29! And almost 4 hours! What a damn joke. This is exactly why I haven't been here in a long time and will not come back here. STAY AWAY!

Recently bought my new truck Volvo VNL64T860 from GATR Truck Center at Sauk Rapids, MN. It was one of my great experience. Its actually my first time of buying a truck, you know I used to think the process of buying a truck is gonna take couple of months and headache with paper-work, but it only took 2 weeks, to get approved and finish up with paper-work. The sales person Jeff Smith he was really professional answered all of my questions regarding truck, guarantees, and so on. He even picked me up from the airport, when I arrived to MN. Also Danielle from the financial department she handle all of my paper-work, answered all of my question regarding finances, payments. Overall, I'm really satisfied with my purchase.
